Return Information
We provide a 15 day return policy after the successful delivery of any products which is sold through our site officialhaircompany.com. To perform a return please email the necessary details to officialhaircompany@gmail.com with order details and reason for return. Once we processed the return you will be notified over email and after that you can hand over to the courier company which is delivered the product to you.
Yes. You have to pay the shipping charges, since we don’t charge any shipping charges.
We provide returns under the scenarios, if the product is damaged during the transit or the product you ordered is different from what you received.
We will process the refund request with in 48hrs after the returned item has reached us. Exceptions on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
